Join us to hear Cynthia Lang, author of Clifford's Ghost: An Art Mystery.
After the death of her husband, Emeline Hughes is inexplicably drawn to the mysterious, sudden death of a Manhattan fashion designer. As details surrounding the unexplained death slowly emerge, Emeline finds herself in the unlikely company of Xavier Escudero, a young, gay Puerto Rican from Spanish Harlem. Together they embark on an adventure overseas in the hopes of further unraveling the mystery, only to find themselves immersed in a world of historic art thieves, possible forgeries, and the most troubling mystery of all: was the recent death of Emeline’s husband really an accident?
