In this collection of sixteen remarkable short stories, local author Dana Diehl wanders the dreamscapes that unfold from those moments when everyday lives are warped by otherworldly experiences. These stories transport readers from the Black Forest of Germany to the rugged Isle of Skye to the depths of the ocean and deep space, all the while united by a sense of awe and deep curiosity for the natural world and our place within it.

Dana Diehl has served as editor-in-chief of Hayden's Ferry Review and The Susqehanna Review. She is the author of the chapbook TV Girls, a collection of flash fiction pieces inspired by American reality television shows.
