Michael Pollan is a very good writer, as evidenced by his whole body of work, but I think How to Change Your Mind is his masterpiece. I am so grateful for his honesty about his experiences, and for his meticulous research. I have heard many people talk about their experiences with psychadelics, but none have done them for the first time as real adults. The perspective of someone in their 60s is new and beautiful.— Delaney
