Mocha Girls Book Group

We are a group of black women who love to read, want to read more and meet like-minded women. We are here to inspire women to read, share literature, fellowship, and encourage others in the joy of reading.
In answer to a frequently asked question: "Do I have to be Black to be a member?"
Nope. All are welcome, but we want to and will keep our focus on the uplifting of Black women.

The Mocha Girls Book Group meets at Antigone Books on the third Sunday of every month at 3:30pm.

Mystery Book Group

This dedicated group of Mystery lovers has met for many years, reading and discussing different styles of mysteries.  In December, they like to choose a holiday-themed "cozy" and then bake and share delicious items suggested in the book.
This book group meets on the fourth Sunday of the month at 12:30pm.

Steampunk Book Group

This lively book group, facilitated by Steampunk maven Jocelynne Weathers, reads and discusses books in the Steampunk tradition, a subgenre of Science Fiction often set in Victorian settings with plenty of steam powered technology.  They discuss a variety of titles from classics to cutting edge Steampunk.
